October 2, 2009 Waterfall Wedding & Princess Reception for Shannon Clark & Scott Shumsky

Dear Dr. Nease,

This note is way past due. We want to Thank-You for performing our son Scott Shumsky's wedding ceremony on October 2nd, 2009. It truly was a God honoring ceremony. God was acknowledged and mentioned several times during the ceremony.

We attended two weddings this summer where there was no acknowledgement of God and His wonderful creation of marriage. It was very sad.

We were so happy with how you conducted this special event for Scott and Shannon. You have a wonderful center there and everyone was very helpful and great to work with.

Thank you so much. May God richly bless you and Mrs. Nease as you carry on your ministry at Coles Garden.

To Everyone at Coles Garden:

I want to thank you for making our wedding wonderful. Everything was perfect and you made it all so easy! I don't know how you did it, but the weather even turned completely around and was great! Snow in the morning and guests setting outdoors in the evening!

We are expecially thankful to Molly. She was great! I feel like we made a friend!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Hi Molly,
Just wanted to express our deepest gratitude for making the Wallis/Shaw wedding absolutely flawless. It couldn't have been a more perfect evening, and it would not have happened without all your attention to detail. Molly you did an absolutely fabulous job; your recommendations for outside vendors provided us with the "best of the best" photographer and florist. Coles Garden has such a wonderful staff, vendors, and owners that assisted with making this one of the most memorable days of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Best Regards and thanks again for ALL your help!

Members of 1959 class of Putnam City High School celebrated with a 50-year reunion dinner at Coles Garden. It was one of the activities during reunion weekend. This class was the first to graduate from the "original" PHS at NW 50 and Ann Arbor.
The Master of ceremonies was Trent Comman and David Padgett, George Lawson was 1959 class president and spoke during dinner. Thirteen couples who have been married at least 50 years were recognized. Maureen (Townsend) Williams created a slide show for the event.
Other events included a pancake breakfast then everyone visited the Putnam City School Museum for a dedication. Lynn and Trent Cornman hosted a barbecue dinner, and the 1959 class was honored at the All Class Reunion.
